Would you like to feel calmer and more confident around the sea, understand the coastline better, and explore how breath, creativity and nature can support your wellbeing? Our six-week **Mind Health & Wellbeing programme** brings together Sea Sense, breathwork, art, coastal connection and community in a relaxed, supportive environment. 🌊 NO SWIMMING INVOLVED You do **not** need to enter the water. Whether you're curious about wild swimming, nervous around open water, returning after a break, or simply want to build confidence and connection with the coast and others, you can learn and explore at your own pace — with **no pressure to swim**. 🎨 ART FOR WELLBEING Working with residential artist Kevin Peden, we'll explore creative activities inspired by water, nature and our coastline. **No artistic experience is needed.** We'll explore colours, textures and movement, our connection with nature, expressing feelings through creativity, and how creative activities can support wellbeing. 🌬️ BREATHWORK FOR WELLBEING Gentle, accessible breathwork techniques will support relaxation, focus and connection. You'll explore ways breathing can help create calm, increase presence, manage nervousness, connect breath and body, and develop simple techniques for everyday life. 🌊 BUILD YOUR SEA SENSE Our open-water coaches will help you develop knowledge and confidence through: TALK – wild swimming, confidence, fears and wellbeing TIDES – understanding tides and the coastline WALK – observing the coast and changing conditions KIT – what you need and how to prepare SAFETY – basic sea and open-water safety awareness 💙 BREATHE • CREATE • LEARN • EXPLORE • CONNECT 💙 WHO IS IT FOR?
