How our second wave initiative gives everyone the opportunity to experience the wild.

Swim inclusion with Second wave swims project is aimed at promoting social inclusion and

sustainability within our community. By collecting new, unused or preloved swim suits and

associated attire for, both male and female, in good, clean condition, we aim to remove

barriers to participation in swimming activities by repurposing them to members of

Coldingham Brave Bayers and the wider community while also preventing these items from

ending up in landfills and adopting some circular practices along the way.

The scene shows two swimmers cutting through textured blue water, side by side, their strokes and expressions conveying unity and shared purpose, with the text elements framing the message

The collected items will be reused for direct use by members of Coldingham Brave Bayers

and/or hired to visitors who may be visiting and have found that they have not packed their

swimsuit or listed on sales sites to generate income for community use for the Coldingham

Brave Bayers community.
